· Goldman Sachs is predicting home prices will increase by 16% in 2022.
· The Mortgage Bankers Association believes home prices will DROP by 2.5% next year.
· CoreLogic is predicting prices will only increase by 1.9% next year. But, they have the worst track record as they predicted in March 2020 that home prices would drop because of Covid.
