NAR just released a study of U.S. Census Data for last year to find where people are leaving and where are they moving to. States with the largest population increases by percentage were Florida, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. States with the largest percentage drops were New York, Illinois, California, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.
