Case-Shiller released their Home Price Index report last week for the month of March and it showed nationally that home prices rose by 2.6% in March from February and prices are up 20.6% year over year. Here in Denver home prices rose 4.5% in March from February, the 2nd highest increase in the country, and year over year prices are up 23.7%.
