The DBJ wrote a great article last week based on data from Realtor.com in which they described the best time of the year to buy a home in each major metro area. This time is “based on a composite analysis of listing prices, inventory levels, new listings, time on market, homebuyer demand and price reductions.”
For most metro areas the best time is sometime in October; but for metro Denver they said the week of September 12th or last week was the best week. Here is a link to the article—
