Cherry Creek Arts Festival (July 1–3, 2022) – The Cherry Creek Arts Festival is an innovative outdoor fine art event featuring 220 juried artist exhibitors selling original artworks, family-friendly art activities, live music, immersive art experiences, and amazing food and drink. You can meet artists from around the country and purchase artwork.

Fan Expo (July 1–3, 2022) – Get your costume ready! Experience the ultimate playground for comics, sci-fi, horror, anime and gaming. Three days of citywide events, family-friendly attractions and world-renowned celebrities await you.

Independence Eve (July 3, 2022) – The fireworks show at Civic Center Park is back! Experience the sweet sounds of the Colorado Symphony and other local artists, a spectacular light show on the City and Country Building and a fireworks finale unlike any other show in the country. Food trucks will be on-site. Gates open at 4 p.m.

Georgia O’Keeffe: Photographer (July 3–Nov. 11, 2022) – See a trove of newly identified photographs by the groundbreaking artist. The presentation reveals a new aspect of the modernist artist’s career through nearly 100 photographs.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows™ Part 2 in Concert (July 8–10, 2022) – Enjoy a movie while the Colorado Symphony plays the film score. This event serves as the finale for the symphony’s Harry Potter series.

The Art of Banksy (Thru July 10, 2022) – This globally acclaimed showcase features original and authenticated works associated with, arguably, the most intriguing and talked-about artist in modern history.

ReVisión: Art in the Americas (Thru July 17, 2022) – The first exhibition to open in Denver Art Museum’s renovated Martin Building, this exhibition features a strong selection of nearly 180 objects from the museum’s Ancient American and Latin American Art collections, hailed as one of the best in the country.

Motley Crue, Def Leppard, Poison, and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts (July 21, 2022) – Need we say more? All your favorite 1980s metal bands will perform live at Coors Field.

The Lumineers (July 22, 2022) – This favorite Colorado band will bring its Brightside World Tour 2022 to Coors Field with special guests Gregory Alan Isakov and Daniel Rodriguez.

Red Hot Chili Peppers w/ Haim (July 23, 2022) – These Rock and Roll Hall of Famers will rock Empower Field at Mile High as part of their 2022 world tour.

Colorado Dragon Boat Festival (July 23–24, 2022) – Join Colorado’s annual celebration of Asian and Asian American heritage with the biggest dragon boat festival in the U.S.!

The Big Eat (July 28, 2022) – Hosted inside The Galleria at the Denver Performing Arts Complex, this one-night event showcases the Denver area’s vibrant and dynamic independent dining scene with more than 60 independent food and beverage providers.

Kenny Chesney (July 30, 2022) – This chart-topping country star will be back in The Mile High City. It’s becoming a summertime tradition.

Who Tells a Tale Adds a Tail: Latin America and Contemporary Art (July 31, 2022–March 5, 2023) – This exhibition at Denver Art Museum highlights the work of 19 contemporary artists connected to Latin America and the ways in which their work reflects and interacts with relevant themes ranging from technology to ideas surrounding identity, to broader social and political issues.
